60 Minute Mental Health Coaching Session
This 60-minute session is designed specifically for athletes who want to strengthen their mental game, improve emotional balance, and build sustainable confidence both on and off the trail.
You’ll work one-on-one with a mental health coach who specializes in athlete well-being and performance psychology. Together, you’ll explore how mindset, self-talk, and emotional regulation impact your training, racing, and recovery. Using evidence-based tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and mental performance coaching, you’ll learn how to:
Manage pre-race anxiety and in-race overwhelm
Build resilience through setbacks, injuries, or burnout
Develop effective coping strategies for stress and emotional fatigue
Strengthen focus, motivation, and self-belief
Create a balanced approach between performance and life outside sport
Each session ends with personalized action steps and reflective exercises you can apply immediately in your training and daily life. The goal is to help you perform at your best—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally—so you can thrive through every phase of your athletic journey.
